The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Infrastructure has commenced design works for UEFA Category III stadium in Tkibuli, with observance of international standards.

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Infrastructure has completed the rehabilitaiton of the Public School #7 in Chiatura, designed for 500 students.

Minister of Infrastructure Revaz Sokhadze, together with the Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund Beka Urushadze, State Representative in the Shida Kartli Region Simon Guledani, Mayor of Gori Konstantine Zaladze, and Metropolitan of Gori and Ateni Andria, visited the ongoing infrastructure works in the Ateni Gorge.

Minister of Infrastructure Revaz Sokhadze, together with the Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund Beka Urushadze attended the presentation of the draft government resolution on the procedure and conditions for determining aesthetic features of buildings and structures.

The Architectural Concept Evaluation Commission existing under the Ministry of Infrastructure reviewed proposals for development of modern, multifunctional and comfortable public parks in Ambrolauri and Akhaltsikhe.

The Government of Georgia (GOG) has decided to construct the university campuses of modern standards in Kutaisi and Rustavi Cities. LEPL Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Infrastructure has been assigned to carry out the measures, required for the construction of that university campuses.

Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund (MDF) Beka Urushadze, together with the representatives of local authorities, visited the site of current works in Telavi within the City and Resort Development Program.

Concerning the new stadium construction project in Tbilisi, the Municipal Development Fund’s tender commission has not yet identified a winner company.
The commission believes that in order to render the process more comprehensive and competitive, it is necessary to review the tender documentation, including customer’s requirements and qualification criteria.

A kindergarten, designed for 150 children, is being built in Lambalo Village of Sagarejo Municipality. The progress of works was inspected on site by Executive Director of Municipal Development Fund (MDF) Beka Urushadze, together with the representatives of local authorities.
