Ketevan Shubitidze
Ketevan Shubitidze has been a Deputy Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund (MDF) since November 2025.
Ketevan Shubitidze is a Financier and Business Administration Specialist by education. She has many years of professional experience in public sector procurement.
She began her career at the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI), where she worked as a Chief Specialist. Subsequently, in 2014-2017, she was holding the position of a Procurement Coordinator at „Georgian Gas Transportation Company“ LLC. From 2018, she had held the position of a Deputy Head of the Municipal Procurement Service of Tbilisi City Hall, and since 2022, she had been the Head of that Service.
Ketevan Shubitidze holds a Bachalor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Finances, and since 2023, has been a Doctoral Student in Public Administration at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). She had completed numerous professional training courses and seminars, including on procurement, project management, financial accounting, and public politics.
