The Ministry of Infrastructure is implementing various types of infrastructure development projects in the Shida Kartli Region
Construction and rehabilitation of roads of international and national importance, schools and kindergartens, as well as water supply systems.
Minister of Infrastructure Revaz Sokhadze, together with his deputies, the Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund, Beka Urushadze, State Representative in the Shida Kartli Region Simon Guledani and representatives of local authorities, inspected the works for construction of village Lamiskana kindergarten and a public school in the village of Arashenda in Kaspi municipality.
"We proceed with inspection of infrastructural projects across the regions. Today we are visiting Shida Kartli, in order to inspect the ongoing works. There are certain delays and problems with construction of several kindergartens, for which I apologize to the population. We will constantly monitor this issue; I would like to warn the contractor construction companies that our approach will be very strict. We arrived at one of the kindergarten sites without warning, and will continue this type of inspection on a permanent basis,” stated Minister of Infrastructure Revaz Sokhadze.
