Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Government of Georgia (GoG) reoriented urban sector operations to provide integrated and programmatic solutions for developing Livable cities in Georgia that are economically competitive, socially inclusive, and environmentally resilient. The government has proposed to process the Livable Cities Investment Program (LCIP) to improve urban and tourism infrastructure and services across Georgia.

On September 19 , 2024, at 14:00, a public consultation meeting on Environmental and Social Screening Report and Environmental Management and Social Management Plan of the sub-project (SP) Rehabilitation of Tbilisi 50 Public School was held in Tbilisi 50 public school.

On June 24, 2024, at 15:00, a public consultation meeting on Environmental and Social Screening Report and Environmental Management and Social Management Plan of the sub-project (SP) Rehabilitation of Tbilisi 120 Public School was held in Tbilisi 114 public school.

On June 21, 2024, at 12:00, a public consultation meeting on Environmental and Social Screening Report and Environmental Management and Social Management Plan of the sub-project (SP) Construction of Igoeti Public School was held in Igoeti kindergarden in Kaspi city.

The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF), with the financial support of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), plans to build a kindergarten in the village Agara, Akhaltsikhe Municipality. In accordance with the ADB’s Safeguard Policy, an Initial Environmental Examination document has been prepared for the project.

On August 25, 2023, at 12:00, a public consultation meeting on Environmental and Social Screening Report and Environmental Management and Social Management Plan of the sub-project (SP) “Reconstruction/Rehabilitation for Rustavi N6 Public School” was held in Rustavi N6 public school, in Rustavicity.
