Georgia has received financing from the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) toward the cost of the Rehabilitation & Energy Efficiency Improvements in Public Schools in Mountainous Regions in Georgia. Municipal Development Fund of Georgia invites companies for Design and Construction Services for the Energy Efficiency renovation of Mereti School in Gori Municipality and Simoniantkhevi School in Tianeti Municipality.

Georgia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Inclusion, Innovation and Quality Project (Georgia I2Q) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward the payments under the contract for the “Reconstruction/Rehabilitation of Tbilisi N99 Public School #IBRD/I2Q/CW/NCB/21-2024

LEPL Municipal Development Fund of Georgia intends using the proceeds of a loan, in the amount of EUR 50 million, from European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and grant, in the amount of EUR 10 million, from the EU Neighbourhood Investment Platform (NIP) for Energy efficiency upgrade and rehabilitation of public buildings across Georgia.
