Infectious Diseases Hospital Design to be Prepared within a 6 Month Period
The Municipal Development Fund of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia has revealed the winner company for Infectious Diseases, AIDS and Clinical Immunology Research Center (IDACIRC) design works. Successful bidder is the Georgian Company “Apex Studio 1”. The Company undertakes to present the IDACIRC design within a 6 month period.
Shortly after elaboration and adoption of the complete set of design documentation with the involvement of local and international experts, the Municipal Development Fund is to announce bidding on civil works based on the named documentation.
The project provides for construction of internationally standardized Infectious Diseases, AIDS and Clinical Immunology Research Center designed for 100 beds. The Center is to be constructed in #21 Lubljana Street, Tbilisi. Its net area averages 10000 sq.m., with overall site area exceeding 15000 sq.m.
TOR for the present design was developed with involvement of the MRDI, Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia and Infectious Diseases, AIDS and Clinical Immunology Research Center.
