Rehabilitation of Shvabebi Street keeps on proceeding

The Municipal Development Fund (MDF) of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia (MRDI) is to commence the second stage of works for rehabilitation of Shvabebi Street in Asureti Village of Tetritskaro Municipality. The project envisages reinstatement of the Church that was built in XIX century by Germans residing then in Asureti, three residential houses and a cemetery.
Executive Director of MDF Giorgi Shengelia along with Kvemo Kartli Governor Shota Rekhviashvili was familiarized with the progress of project on site. Rehabilitation of Shvabebi street was divided into two stages. The first stage is already accomplished per which there was considered applying of pavement over the road, arrangement of offtake ditches of concrete, reinstatement of the fence and gates, rehabilitation of the sewage network, construction of the WWTP and arrangement of outdoor lighting.
