David Kvinikadze

David Kvinikadze - Deputy Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund since September 2025.


David Kvinikadze has many years of experience in leadership positions in the public sector. From 2021 to May 2025, he held the position of Governor of Vake District of Tbilisi Municipality.


Over the years, he has occupied various positions in the municipal sector. Within the period of 2012-2014, he worked as the Head of the Finance Department of the Educational Institution- LEPL of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. He also has experience of working in international organizations, having worked as a manager at British Telecom (Budapest/Hungarian Resident Office).


David Kvinikadze is an economist by profession, having graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Georgian Technical University. He also holds a Master of International Business from Oxford Brookes University in Budapest.


Through the years, he has completed personal development trainings in both local and international organizations: Infrastructure Project Management - at the Municipal Services Development Agency, Budget System and Financial Management - at the Justice Training Center (TCJ) and the Municipal Services Development Agency. He also accomplished a Business English course at the Budapest International Business School and at Malvern House in London, England.

 

David Kvinikadze also held the position of Director of the United Water Supply Company of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
