Tamar Pitskhelauri
Tamar Pitskhelauri– Deputy Executive Director of the Municipal Development Fund of Georgia since June 2025.
Tamar Pitskhelauri is an economist and a lawyer by education. She has many years of professional experience in the public sector, specifically in public finance, internal and external audit, introduction of state internal financial control systems, and administrative management.
After working for 16 years at the State Audit Office, Tamar Pitskhelauri proceeded working at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, where she was holding the position of Head of the Internal Audit Department in 2018-2022.
In 2022–2023, Tamar Pitskhelauri was Head of the National Environmental Agency.
Since 2023, Ms. Pitskhelauri has been granted the status of the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) by the Institute of Internal Auditors of the USA.
